Oh, Montreal Steak Seasoning you are so versatile. Seriously, this stuff can change your life! I use it on the grill, on the stove top, in the oven. It goes on chicken or on beef. It’s not limited by it’s name – it’s happy to be used equally on all main dishes that require a little zip.
Our kids like it, too. Last night I roasted some chicken breasts with a little olive oil and this seasoning sprinkled on top. Homemade mashed potatoes and some steamed broccoli and ta-dah!
I think some cooks are afraid to spice because they’re not sure how much and what goes together. Problem solved. This blend is perfect. My biggest advice is to buy the big jar because you will tear through this little one. Best $5 spent in a while.
